I love managing the creative process to develop and design interactive, engaging eLearning, and training that meets or exceeds business goals. I'm a collaborative team player who uses Articulate Storyline & Rise 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Animoto, Canva, PicMonkey, Trello, and dozens of other emerging tools and technologies.

I write copy, scripts and create scenario-based learning that provides learners with the information they can apply in the real world. My copy moves people to action and provides learners with an opportunity to use intrinsic motivation to develop behavioral changes. 

I've spent the last few years teaching more than 2000+ teachers, facilitators, and administrators to create quality online courses. Now, since  COVID is changing the way people learn, I also coach folks on helping teams move F2F classes online. I also love to mentor others who aspire to thrive in the L&D space.
